1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using verseplatform.gg (the "Platform", "Service", or "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
2. About Verse Platform
Verse Platform is a short-form video sharing platform focused on gaming content, operated by an Australian business. The Platform allows users to create accounts, upload and view gaming-related video content, and interact with other users.
Verse Platform is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, developer, or platform unless expressly stated. All game titles, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.
4. User Accounts

User Content is public by default. We may remove or restrict access to any User Content at any time, for any reason, including for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:
- Is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or defamatory
- Infringes intellectual property or other rights
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Exploits, endangers, or targets minors
- Promotes violence, self-harm, or criminal activity
We may take enforcement action, including content removal or account termination, without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content, all content, software, branding, design, and functionality on the Platform is owned by Verse Platform or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
8. Monetisation, Tips & Subscriptions
The Platform may enable monetisation features such as tips, subscriptions, or advertising.
All payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Verse Platform does not hold user funds and is not responsible for payment processing issues, disputes, chargebacks, or tax obligations. Creators are solely responsible for complying with applicable tax laws.
9. Advertising
Verse Platform may display advertisements or sponsored content. By using the Platform, you agree that advertisements may appear alongside or in connection with User Content.
10. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services. Verse Platform is not responsible for third-party platforms, content, or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
11. International Use
Verse Platform is operated from Australia. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users who access the Platform from outside Australia do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
12. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of availability, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verse Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
14. Changes to the Platform or Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Platform, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
